The actress was covered in blue body paint as she shot scenes for the upcoming sci-fi film
Jennifer Lawrence showed off her super-toned body as she was covered in blue paint to shoot scenes for the eagerly-anticipated new X-Men film.
The Oscar-winning actress was pictured as one of the sci-fi movie’s make-up artists got to work on transforming her into supervillain Mystique for X-Men: Days of Future Past.
The film’s director, Bryan Singer, posted the snap onto his Twitter account to give fans a sneak peek of Jen on set with the caption: ‘First look: #JenniferLawrence as a vengeful #Mystique. #XMen #DaysOfFuturePast.’
Covered in just a mesh-type material and dark blue paint, her enviable figure is clearly on show, while her hair has been dyed a dark red and her eyes have been covered with bright yellow contact lenses.
Jennifer, who originally played the part of Mystique in 2011’s X-Men: First Class, will reprise her role for the 2014 film. The movie’s bumper cast also includes Michael Fassbender, James McAvoy, Hugh Jackman, Anna Paquin, Ellen Page, Halle Berry and Jen’s on/off boyfriend Nicholas Hoult.
