Has Chris Martin persuaded close friend Jay-Z to duet at the Paralympic closing ceremony this Sunday? We hope so!

Jay-Z will join Coldplay and Rihanna on stage for a very special performance at the Paralympics closing ceremony on Sunday, according to latest rumours.

Coldplay have apparently roped in good pals Jay-Z and Rihanna to make guest appearances at this Sunday's Paralympic closing ceremony.

'Jay-Z and Chris Martin are close friends so he helped to get the rapper on board,' a source revealed to the Daily Mirror.

'They are putting together a spectacular set list – one likely to include a duet. It's going to be one hell of a show, and fans of both artists will be clamouring for tickets.

The source added: 'The Paralympics has exceeded all expectation and, like the rest of the world, Jay-Z has been blown away by [the competitors'] bravery and athleticism. This will be a concert like no other, and a fantastic end to what has been the most successful Paralympics ever.'

The two, whose other halves Beyonce Knowles and Gwyneth Paltrow are also firm friends, previously collaborated on the track 'Lost', while Coldplay and Rihanna have also dueted on the song 'Princess of China'.
