David Beckham recently took part in the 75th anniversary edition of Desert Island Discs, with his track choices ranging from The Stone Roses to Ella Fitzgerald. The heart-warming interview touched on his marriage to Victoria Beckham – The pair will celebrate their 18th wedding anniversary later this year.

The couple had an extravagant wedding back in 1999, but David revealed that he and Victoria Beckham have renewed their vows in an intimate ceremony since then.

'We did throw a lot at [the wedding]' he said. 'We have renewed our vows since then and it was a lot more private, there was about six people in our house.'

How did they sneak that one past us?!

It's common knowledge that the Beckham family are a force to be reckoned with. But that's not to say that they don't go through rough patches as a family, just like the rest of us. David also opened up about how he and Victoria get through trickier times together.

'Whenever we've come up against tough times, we know each other better than anybody knows us so we talk. Do we stay together because it's a brand? Of course not. We stay together because we love each other. We stay together because we have four amazing children. Of course we go through tough times. [But] when we go through tough times we work through it as a unit, as a family.'

Safe to say the Beckhams are the defination of #familygoals.
