While Jamie Foxx has had his fair share of the spotlight, he took a seat this New York Fashion Week to watch his daughter Corinne Fox take on the runway - and he was every bit the doting father you’d expect him to be.

Corinne walked for designer Sherri Hill this season, sweeping along the catwalk in a silver fringed two piece and a dramatic crimson gown. It wasn’t Miss Golden Globe's first rodeo either, as she made her debut walking for Yeezy by Kanye West last year.

Although this is old hat to Corinne by now, her famous father still couldn’t resist dipping backstage to wish her luck. Sherri Hill wrote on Twitter, ‘We loved seeing this sweet moment when @iamjamiefoxx came and hugged @corinnefoxx before she hit the NYFW runway. #daddysgirl’

It’s nice to see that even when you’ve got all the fame and fortune that Jamie Foxx does, family still comes first. That said, though he and Katie Holmes have finally gone public with their relationship, she wasn’t able to make the show.

Corinne wasn’t the only famous face to walk the runway this season, as Gigi and Bella Hadid have been dominating the circuit at designers like Prabal Gurung, Tom Ford and more. (Even if Gigi did lose a shoe at Anna Sui.) And naturally, celebrities were on the front row all fashion week and they really brought their style game this season.

As New York Fashion Week draws to a close, we can’t wait to see what London has in stock for us this weekend.

Bring on the street style paps.
