Cheryl Cole's new video has the sex factor in tight leather trousers and a basque

Cheryl Cole has launched her new video - and the X Factor judge has pulled out all the stops to make an impact.

The video for her new solo single, Fight For This Love, features the Girls Aloud singer in a range of provocative outfits.

In one scene, Cheryl is seen in a pair of very low-slung tight leather trousers and a leopard print basque. Saucy!

The 26-year-old also appears in a military uniform, a sexy white dress and a range of bizarre hooded tops.

Cheryl's first solo single will be released on 19 October and fan forums are already buzzing with gossip about the true meaning of the lyrics.

Her marriage to footballer Ashley Cole has hit several rocky patches over the past few years.

He was arrested on suspicion of being drunk and disorderly in May while Cheryl was climbing Mount Kilimanjaro for Comic Relief, and was accused of having a fling last year.

But the lyrics of Fight For This Love seem to prove that Cheryl is willing to stand by her man.

'Anything that's worth having is worth fighting for,' she sings.

'Quitting is out of the question, when it gets tough we got to fight for more. We got to fight for this love.'

The song is the first from Cheryl's album, Three Words, due to be released at the end of October.
