Carey Mulligan is dating Marcus Mumford after he serenaded her at a gig in Nashville last month.

The pair reportedly hooked up after the Never Let Me Go actress attended one of his gigs in Nashville, Tennessee, last month.
A source told the Daily Mail: ‘Marcus invited Carey to watch him play a secret show in the basement of his friend Mike Harris’s home in Nashville. She sat in the front row and while he was singing Marcus looked down at Carey and she blushed. It was clear they had chemistry.
‘Carey’s hoping they can spend more time together when Marcus flies back to America next month for a major tour with his band,' the source added. 'He’s hired a vintage train instead of a tour bus and has asked Carey to join him for the trip. It’s early days but they seem to enjoy each other’s company.'
The 25-year-old British starlet, who broke up with Hollywood beau Shia LaBeouf in October, recently flew from New York to the UK to be with her new love interest.
The couple have been spending a lot of time at Marcus’ Shepherd’s Bush pad, and have just enjoyed a romantic weekend together in Buckinghamshire after spending a week in the Orkney Isles.
Mumford is the latest in a string of men linked to the actress, who was rumoured to have dated Sienna Miller’s new beau Tom Sturridge at the end of 2010, and Olivier Award winner Eddie Redmayne earlier this year.
Mumford ended his romance with fellow singer Laura Marling last year.
