Now we just need a small loan...

Words by Jadie Troy-Pryde

If you've ever caught yourself singing Britney Spears' classic Slave 4 U in the mirror and thought, 'All I need right now is her green bra and a snake,' then we don't mean to startle you - but it's completely possible.

Okay, we can't help with the snake, but there is a way to get Britney's actual clothes from her actual music videos and awards appearances.

Her outfits are iconic - from the custom Atelier Versace dress she wore to the 2008 VMA's, to her amazing tuxedo in Me Against The Music - and now you can get yourself a slice of pop fashion history.

Seven of her most famous outfits are currently on sale on eBay, with the seller claiming to have collected the items over the last fourteen years.

'I've collected these outfits since 2003 when Britney auctioned them off,' they said. 'They are all authentic with the Authenticity Certificates.'

The collection includes Levi's chaps, tour tops from her Las Vegas stint, and the costume from the Slave 4 U music video and VMA performance. Sadly, none of that iconic double denim.

If you're interested, the bid is currently at $99,995.00 (around £77,000) but will need to meet the reserve of $100,000 before the seller will part with them. The clock is ticking though - the bidding ends on Saturday.

It's ever so slightly out of our budget, but whoever does get their hands on these, please let us know. We'd make brilliant Britney backup dancers.
