Bill and Ted 3 is the movie reboot no one asked for
Excellent
Excellent
On the off chance you've been wondering what Keanu Reeves is up to these days, we've got a groundbreaking new update for you: He's been writing a book about shadows, and signing up for the third installment of Bill & Ted, just a cool 27 years after Excellent Adventure first hit cinemas in 1989.
'We've been working on it for, like six years,' confirmed his co-star, Alex Winter, who played Bill in the '80s comedy (Keanu played Ted, obviously). 'We're knee-deep in the script, it's been written by Chris Matheson and Ed Solomon, who wrote the first two, they are fantastic writers, and the script is great... We're just trying to nail down a start date.'
'People always ask if Keanu’s doing it and I’m like, "No, I’m making a Bill movie",' Winter added. 'Of course he’s in it. I can’t make a Bill & Ted movie without Keanu.'
If you haven't watched Bill and Ted, and feel slightly confused about what all the fuss is about, here's a one word summary for you to memorise and recite in the pub tonight so that you look cool:
'Excellent!'
Seriously though, the third enstallment of the Bill & Ted franchise was something literally no one was asking for... Along with The Fast & The Furious two, three, four, five, six, seven and eight.
