Beyonce is putting everything into the upcoming Super Bowl performance

Beyonce Knowles has released a stunning Super Bowl promo shot as it's revealed she's been rehearsing for her upcoming half time performance for three months.

Wearing a skimpy version of an American football referee's kit, teamed with thigh-high boots, Beyonce looks sensational in the new pic.

Although Bey, who will perform at the Super Bowl in New Orleans on Sunday, has only just started sharing snaps of her preparations for the show, it's reported that the superstar has been rehearsing since October.

A source told EOnline.com: 'Rehearsals typically go on for two to three months in advance' and explained that the 31-year-old singer was likely to have signed a deal to perform at the event last summer.

New black and white snaps, recently posted on her Instagram and Tumblr accounts, show Beyonce working up a serious sweat as she gets to grips with a complex dance routine.

Other images show the singer in fits of giggles on the floor and jamming with her live band while wearing a striped jumpsuit.
