Beyonce may be one of the most photographed women in the world but that hasn’t stopped her wanting to pose and share more pictures of herself as she launched her Instagram page yesterday.
BEYONCE SHOWS OFF NEW HAIRSTYLE AT BASKETBALL GAME
To mark the occasion and her new username, BaddieBey, the singer shared her very first snap on the site, which was a fitting tribute to Barack Obama. As a long-term and very active supporter of the now re-elected American President, Beyonce couldn’t resist showing her admiration for him once again.
BARACK OBAMA IS RE-ELECTED AS US PRESIDENT
The photo features Beyonce clad in a simple white t-shirt bearing the slogan: ‘Texans for Obama’, pledging her home state’s allegiance to the president. Politics aside, Bey was her usual gorgeous self as she showed off her new fringe while the rest of her blonde hair worked into a messy bun. She worked the look with black-rimmed glasses and a muted pink shade on her lips.
BEYONCE LOSES CASES TO TRADEMARK BLUE IVY’S NAME
Her first caption read: ‘Hey Instagram, it's me Bey’.
It’s not the first time the superstar has chosen social networks to celebrate big news, in February along with her husband, Jay-Z, Beyonce shared the first official pictures of her daughter, Blue Ivy. And she opted to confirm her performance at the Super Bowl halftime show via her Tumblr blog.
