Adele will record the theme song for the next James Bond film, Skyfall, it's been reported.
Although there hasn't been an official announcement by either Sony Pictures or Eon Productions, it's widely believed that Adele will be singing the theme song for the 007 movie, starring Daniel Craig as Bond.

Adele herself dropped a hint during an interview on Jonathan Ross' chat show on ITV1 in September 2011.
'I'm going back in the studio in November, fingers crossed,' she told Ross.
'Well this is actually a theme, what I've got to do for, um… Wow. That's really giving something away isn't it?'

The singer, who is pregnant with her first child, revealed in April that she will release a single before the end of the year but that her next album is two years away.
Add to that sightings of Adele at various recording studios around London and we have a rumour mill in overdrive. We just hope that this piece of gossip is true.
Skyfall, directed by Sam Mendes, will open in cinemas on 26 October.
