  • Find out why the 50 Shades Of Grey film is delayed following Jamie Dornan's casting as Christian Grey...

50 Shades Of Grey, the movie, is facing new delays – just days after E.L. James confirmed the casting of Jamie Dornan as Christian Grey.

It’s thought that filming for the hotly anticipated movie has been set back a month, according to The Hollywood Reporter.

With Northern Irish hottie, Jamie, bagging the lead role in the 2014 bonk-buster, the cast will now hit set in December instead of November.

It could be bad news for fans though, as the new delay put serious doubt over the film’s 2014 release date.

Fans counting down to watching Fifty Shades next August may have to spend some more time re-reading the best-selling novels as the film is pushed back.

The shake-up follows Charlie Hunnam’s shock departure earlier this month, citing his busy schedule as the real reason he quit the movie.

Meanwhile Dakota Johnson is easing herself into her role of Anastasia Steele, as she joined Jamie in his recent audition in front of producers Michael De Luca and Dana Brunetti.

E.L James also sat in on the pair and gave their chemistry as Christian and Anastasia a firm thumbs up.

True Blood’s Luke Grimes is the latest heartthrob to be confirmed for the film, taking on the role of Christian’s brother, Elliot Grey.

The 50 Shades Of Grey cast are expected to begin filming on 2 December.

Charlie’s various campaigns for Calvin Klein should occupy fans until next summer…
