The A-list actress has personally recommended her famous trainer's new 90-day programme - describing it as 'pretty f'ing great'
If you haven’t already discovered it, the A-list actress runs her own health and wellbeing website called GOOP – and the latest newsletter was dedicated to all things Tracy Anderson.
Famous for her body-transforming exercises, the personal trainer to the stars has also helped to sculpt the buff bodies of Courteney Cox, Madonna and Shakira – to name but a few.
‘By now, I think you all know how amazing I think my trainer, partner and friend Tracy Anderson is, how she kicked my twice pregnant ass into shape, and keeps taking me to new levels,’ writes Gwyneth.

She then hands over to the guru herself, who explains more about the Metamorphosis routine – which involves switching exercises every 10 days, and is specifically catered to four different body types:
– Abcentric – If you gain weight in your mid-section and stomach and have a thick waist
– Hipcentric – If you have a smaller stomach but larger hips and thighs
– Glutecentric – If you hold weight in your rear or if there’s little distinction between your butt and thighs
– Omnicentric – If you don’t have one particular problem area or if you have all of the above
