Christmas is just two months away, and we’re already counting down the days. Is it too early? Never. We already know that there are huge health benefits to putting your decorations up early.
Plus, everyone else is getting festive that bit earlier this year. There are beauty advent calendars that are 100x better than chocolate, you can get your hands on personalised wrapping paper that has your own face on it, and Prosecco Christmas crackers are now a thing.
What more could you want from Christmas 2018?
And if anyone’s getting into the Christmas spirit, it’s Aldi. The supermarket has already released chocolate wine which promises an ‘unforgettable taste sensation’, and we’ll also be stocking up on their version of Aperol (because it’s definitely not just a summer drink. Definitely).
So it’ll come as no surprise that Aldi are re-releasing their sell-out wine advent calendar, the very same one that flew off the shelves last year.
The countdown to Christmas will be well and truly on with a bottle of red, white or rose wine tucked away behind every door. That’s right – you’ll get twenty four bottles of wine, and that’s not all. There’s even some fizz for those who prefer something a bit bubbly. Hurrah!
You can expect to find some quality wine in the advent calendar, too, including The Exquisite Collection Touraine Sauvignon and the award-winning Fleurs de Prairie Côtes de Provence Rosé. Fancy, eh?
The calendar will set you back a mere £49.99, which is a complete bargain for twenty four bottles of the good stuff.
But you’ll need to be quick as stocks are limited and last year it (unsurprisingly) sold out in no time.
It goes on sale on November 4, so make a note of it and get down to your local Aldi this weekend.
Merry Christmas, indeed.
