Here's everything we're buying on ASOS right now

There's nothing like a new season to perk up a tired wardrobe, and here at Marie Claire, we make a point of scouring the best designers and the high street have to offer, so you know exactly which pieces are worth investing in.

We've brought you the best Zara new season clothing, as well as what to buy in Topshop this week. Another great destination for affordable trends is ASOS, as it hits all the right sartorial boxes with its various collections, from ASOS Made in Kenya to ASOS White and ASOS Design.

How to shop on ASOS

If you want to keep your sanity, then there are a few ASOS shopping hacks you need to know about, such as how to save money by becoming a VVIP, and which days are best to shop the new drops, all of which you can find in our guide. And did you know you could save money by buying multi-packs for certain basic items? And look out for those sales and special discount weekends, which you'll find out about if you sign up to the newsletters.

What to buy on ASOS

The question is, what can't you buy on ASOS? We'll gloss over the dozens of excellent brands you can buy on the e-shop, from Mango to Reclaimed Vintage and Nike, as it would be too hard to narrow it down to a curated edit. Instead, let's look at ASOS own brands.

If you're looking for timeless designs, then DESIGN and WHITE offer some well tailored and super chic pieces such as knitted co-ords and silk dresses.

The other ASOS brands cover everything else in-between, from fashion-forward tweed checks to statement pearl earrings and embellished jumpsuits.

Penny Goldstone

Penny Goldstone is the Digital Fashion Editor at Marie Claire, covering everything from catwalk trends to royal fashion and the latest high street and Instagram must-haves.

Penny grew up in France and studied languages and law at the Sorbonne Nouvelle University in Paris before moving to the UK for her MA in multimedia journalism at Bournemouth University. She moved to the UK permanently and has never looked back (though she does go back regularly to stock up on cheese and wine).

Although she's always loved fashion - she used to create scrapbooks of her favourite trends and looks, including Sienna Miller and Kate Moss' boho phase - her first job was at MoneySavingExpert.com, sourcing the best deals for everything from restaurants to designer sales.

However she quit after two years to follow her true passion, fashion journalism, and after many years of internships and freelance stints at magazines including Red, Cosmopolitan, Stylist and Good Housekeeping, landed her dream job as the Digital Fashion Editor at Marie Claire UK.

Her favourite part of the job is discovering new brands and meeting designers, and travelling the world to attend events and fashion shows. Seeing her first Chanel runway IRL at Paris Fashion Week was a true pinch-me moment.
