Michelle Keegan has launched a sportswear collection with THIS major fashion brand
And we need all of it now.
And we need all of it now.
A new year is upon us, and ahead of making more of an effort in our love lives and eating more vegetables, a lot of us have prioritised renewing our gym memberships (and more importantly - actually going to the gym) as our most important new year’s resolution of 2018.
Now, thanks to Michelle Keegan, we might actually manage it.
The 30-year-old actress has just launched a sportswear collection, designed exclusively for very.co.uk, and it might even get us in the gym!
Available from today, her new range features bright colour block leggings and sports bras and slogan tees reading messages from ‘Run the World’ to ‘In the Zone’.
Colour-wise, expect a predominantly monochrome palette, with splashes or Turkoise and of course millennial pink - with all products costing under £30.
The best seller so far? Her Bardot longline slogan sweatshirt, reading the words: ‘Today’s mood: messy hair no make up’, costing £25.

While investing in sports gear isn’t appealing to some, Michelle insists that her range isn’t just limited to gym goers.
‘I love wearing my exercise clothes and can wear then all day,’ she explained. ‘When I first went to LA a few years ago, I saw everyone wearing Athleisure to meet for coffee and go shopping, and I loved the look.’
She continued: ‘I like variety in my work out clothes and this collection includes a range of bright colours and exciting prints which give it more of a fashion feel compared with a straight sports range.’
But how can we get Michelle Keegan’s body? Luckily InStyle UK broke it down for us last year and in a recent interview with Women’s Health, Michelle revealed her exercise routine.
‘I work out four times a week doing body weight exercises and weights,’ she explained to Women’s Health. ‘I’ll do a leg day maybe with some abs, then the next day I’ll do my arms. So I tend to work my abs three times over the week. I don’t like classes, but I’ve been doing a lot of HIIT…When I’m on set, I’m always waiting around for people to move the cameras so I can try to squeeze in press-ups and sit-ups between scenes.’
She even revealed her favourite times to get in her cardio, explaining how she’s more of a morning gym goer.
‘I average four times with the snooze button,’ she admitted. ‘But I do tend to work out in the morning, otherwise it’s like a shadow hanging over me. And it does set you up for the day. I’ll grab a banana, go to the gym, then have a proper breakfast afterwards.’
Judging by Michelle’s abs, we definitely trust her judgement. Now if you’ll excuse us, we’re off to stock up on sports bras.
