The DL: Touted as 'the new Kate Winslet', Florence hit the big time in 2017 with her break-out role in Lady Macbeth following an appearance in the BBC adaption of King Lear, acting opposite Anthony Hopkins, no less. Lady Macbeth follows a young bride, sold into marriage who embarks on a relationship with an estate worker in the nineteenth century. Costume drama at it's finest and emotional best.
Next Stop: Florence will be starring in a six part BBC drama entitled The Little Drummer Girl which is being created by the same team as The Night Manager. To say big things are expected for this 22-year-old is an understatement.

The DL: Josh garnered BAFTA attention for his role in God's Own Country. The film is a coming of age tale set in the depths of Yorkshire, where Josh's character, Johnny Saxby, escapes his mundane life with a schedule of binge drinking and casual sex. That is until a Romanian migrant worker arrives for the lambing season, igniting an intense relationship between the two men. The 27-year-old actor won the British Independent Film Award for Best Actor for this touching performance, but could he add a BAFTA to the mantle piece?
Next Stop: Following two series of ITV's The Durrells, Josh is set to appear in the film Only You, a science fiction horror film produced by actor David Oyelowo.
TESSA THOMSPON
The DL: It's rare to land a gig bigger than Thor, but this American actress did just that, playing Valykerie opposite Cate Blanchett and Chris Hemsworth in the recent installment, Thor: Ragnarok. Having already starred in Veronica Mars and Westworld, this actress' star continues to rise and rise.
Next Stop: Tessa will reprise her role as Valykerie in Avengers: Infinity War, released later this year.
DANIEL KALUUYA
The DL: The 28-year-old American actor starred in THE sleeper hit of 2017, Get Out (one of the most profitable films of 2017, no less). The horror movie follows a young African-American who spends a weekend meeting his white girlfriend's parents and troubling incidents ensue.
Aside from lending his vocal talents to a new production of Watership Down, Daniel will be starring alongside Lupita Nyong'o in Black Panther, a Marvel Studios production about a battle for the throne in a fictional technologically advanced African nation.
The DL: Perhaps the biggest break-out star of them all, Timothee Chalamet, broke hearts in Call Me By Your Name. Set in early 1980s Italy during oneCall Me By Your Name hot summer (in so many ways), seventeen-year-old Elio begins a relationship with visiting American student Oliver (Armie Hammer). The results? A heartbreaking account of adolescent love.
Next Stop: Timothee also stars in one of the most buzzed about award season movies, Lady Bird, opposite Saoirse Ronan which is another coming of age tale (quite the theme for 2017, it seems). Later this year, he will star alongside Steve Carell in Beautiful Boy, which traces meth addiction through the eyes of a father who watches his son battle addiction.
