Puppy yoga is a thing and we are 100% here for it
We can't cope.
We can't cope.
Words by Maisie Bovingdon
Puppy yoga has launched and we are falling head over heels for the sport.
Yes, The Hive has created a new innovative way of working out and it involves two of our favourite things: yoga and puppies - what more could you want?
The session is like no other - while a certified teacher takes you through the motions for 45 mins you'll be joined by a room filled with four legged friends to show you how to perfect that downward dog.
The furry friends will roam around the room so they learn how to socialise, while you get the benefits of working out or playing with the pups, which also help people to de-stress.
While some puppies will playfully jump around and try to get involved with the exercise, others just want a simple cuddle or will quite happily sit on you and nap.

The site reads: 'We work with breeders to give the pups the opportunity to learn how to socialise before they go to their new homes. All the puppies are healthy, up to date on their shots, dewormed and vet checked and ready to cuddle.'
The only thing you need to bring is your yoga mat.
However, puppy yoga is only available across four locations in America; Ottawa, Toronto, Montreal and Mississigua, and ranges from $29.99 to $39.99, depending on the location.
Let's hope it makes its way to the UK ASAP!
