Meghan Markle and Prince Harry are about to get new titles

This is not a drill. We repeat. This is not a drill.

This is not a drill. We repeat. This is not a drill.

Prince Harry and Meghan Markle are undoubtedly the most talked about couple in the world, passing a lot of royal relationship milestones together in 2019.

The Duke and Duchess of Sussex not only moved house this year, making the newly renovated Frogmore Cottage their home (we're talking Gone with the Wind staircases and yoga bounce floors), but they also welcomed their first child, baby Archie, in May this year, becoming a family of three. And according to Prince Harry, there could be plans for a second, with the prince recently explaining that his plan was to have two children.

It was announced this weekend however that the excitement isn’t over, with Prince Harry and Meghan Markle now reportedly due new titles.

Yes, really.

Prince Harry and Meghan Markle are set to visit the Queen this summer in Balmoral Castle, Scotland. But according to The Sun, while the royal couple are in Scotland, they will be gaining a new title.

‘Whilst in Scotland, Harry and Meghan are known as the Earl and Countess of Dumbarton,’ a source told Fabulous online.

Yes, Prince Harry and Meghan Markle are known as the Earl and Countess of Dumbarton when they are in Scotland - something none of us could ever have expected.

We suppose congratulations are in order!
