The actress was spotted out and about in New York looking ultra glam and chatting to a friend on steps that look uncannily like those of Carrie Bradshaw's house in the hit series.

She may not agree, but trotting around Manhattan in super-fierce footwear makes SJP more like Ms Bradshaw than she thinks!
Meanwhile, the star has been using her celebrity for good by filming an advert supporting President Barack Obama's re-election campaign.
In the video, Sarah Jessica Parker offers Obama supporters the chance to enter a raffle to win a night at SJP's house having dinner with President Obama and First Lady Michelle.
The dinner party is being held on June 14 and entry into the raffle costs $3.
