Chocolate-dipped strawberries

A fabulous and simple dessert

1 punnet of fresh strawberries,

washed and dried

150-200g good-quality dark chocolate

1. Melt the chocolate in a bain-marie. The bowl should never touch the hot water in the pan. Once fully melted, dip each strawberry in the chocolate and place on a sheet of greaseproof paper and keep in a cool place (but best out of the fridge).

2. Once the chocolate is set, arrange on a large serving plate.
