Does The Hut offer free delivery?
Yes! If your order is over £100, it will be eligible for free standard delivery or free standard click & collect, which typically takes 2 to 3 days. For orders below £100, standard delivery will cost £5.49. If your order is over £200, it will become eligible for their free next day delivery or free next day click and collect option when it's placed before midnight. For orders under £200, their next day delivery is £6.49.
Can you track your order from The Hut?
Long gone are the days when you need to sit at the window, waiting for your delivery to arrive at your doorstop. When your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email which will contain your order number and tracking link.
What payment methods are available at The Hut?
At The Hut, there are several payment options that you can choose from including major credit and debit cards such as Visa, Maestro, Discover, and American Express, to name a few. Alternatively, you can pay using Klarna and PayPal too.
Can you exchange your order from The Hut?
As much as an exchange service is helpful in many cases, unfortunately, it isn’t something that is available at The Hut at this time. If you need to change your outfit, your best bet is to send your original item back for a refund and place a brand new order for the correct item.
Does The Hut have a keyworker discount?
If you are a keyworker, a teacher or over the age of 60, you are eligible to receive a 15% discount for your next purchase. All you need to do is verify either your employment status or your age to receive your discount code right into your inbox.
