Can I claim Hotel Chocolat free delivery?
Unfortunately, Hotel Chocolat does not currently offer a free delivery option. Their most affordable delivery option is their standard delivery service for £3.95 (for one item) / £4.95 (for two or more items).
Does Hotel Chocolat offer express delivery?
Yes! If you can’t wait to taste your delicious chocolatey purchases, you can opt for next-day delivery. This typically costs £4.95 for one item and £5.95 for two items or more. You can expect to receive your order within one working day, provided that you place your order by 6pm. Alternatively, you can opt for Saturday delivery for £6.95 for one item or £8.95 for two or more items.
What payment methods does Hotel Chocolat accept?
Thankfully, there isn’t much that can hold you back from satisfying your chocolate cravings and that includes accepted methods of payment. You can complete your order with either Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, Klarna or PayPal.
Is Hotel Chocolat available in supermarkets?
Hotel Chocolat may be considered a luxury chocolate brand but that doesn’t mean you can’t find it being sold in your daily supermarkets and shops. Right now, you can find Hotel Chocolat products in Waitrose, Sainsbury's, Next, and Tescos to name a few.
