What delivery options can I choose from?
Barker and Stonehouse offer a range of delivery services to their customers. Their collection service is free, and customers can collect their orders from their warehouse of choice within 14 days of payment. Accessories will be delivered via DPD, costing £5.95 per order and will be delivered within 7 working days. Rugs will be dispatched using approved couriers and will cost £12.95 to be delivered, whilst dining chairs, bar stools, bedsides, lamps, tables and other occasional furniture items will be dispatched using DPD, costing £29 per order. Mattresses, mirrors, lighting and other fragile items will cost £29 to be delivered, whilst other furniture costs £79 to be delivered. Large furniture items will be delivered within 2 weeks of coming in stock and costs £79.
Do Barker and Stonehouse offer free delivery?
Yes, they do. If you opt for click & collect at Barker and Stonehouse, you’ll automatically qualify for free delivery. What’s more, any garden furniture also automatically qualifies for free delivery.
Can I return items to Barker and Stonehouse?
Of course. Just call Barker and Stonehouse’s Customer Service Team on 03330102353 to arrange a return within 14 days of receiving your order. Just make sure that the goods are in new condition, with no sign of wear or use, and they are returned boxed in their original packaging. If you’re returning a rug, note that an additional restocking fee of £100 is applied to rugs larger than 170cm x 240cm. Alternatively, customers wanting to make a return can drop off their item at one of Barker and Stonehouse’s collection points.
Do Barker and Stonehouse offer free returns?
Unfortunately, Barker and Stonehouse do not offer free returns. This is due to the nature of the items, as furniture is often expensive to return. There can sometimes be a charge of up to £159 for their returns service, so bare this in mind when choosing your items. Contact the customer service team to find out how much it will cost to return your unwanted item.

Yes, they do. Customers can spread the cost of purchases over £500 into fixed monthly instalments. This means that you can still invest in a new sofa despite pay day feeling far away. You will need to pay a 10% deposit of the original price before you begin paying your monthly, interest-free instalments that can be spread over 12 months.
