Yes. You can get free standard delivery on all orders over £75. If your order is less than £75, then standard delivery costs £3.95 and should take 3-5 working days. If you need your order sooner, express delivery costs £5.95.
Does French Connection offer an NHS discount?
NHS workers can get 15% off sitewide at French Connection. You will need to go to the Health Service Discounts website to verify your work status and access your code.
Can I get a student discount at French Connection?
Students can get 15% off at French Connection. To sign up, go to the UNiDAYS website and verify your student status. You’ll then be able to see your unique student discount code.
Does French Connection have sales?
French Connection does have a dedicated sales page on its website all year round. Our savings experts have previously noted up to 60% off with the sale on hundreds of items, including popular dresses, home products, and jackets.
What is the returns policy at French Connection?
You can return your French Connection purchase for free within 28 days of the order date. To make a return, you will need to use the ‘returns portal’ on the French Connection website. Any homeware or items bought in-store cannot be returned for free. If you live in the Channel Islands, you will also need to pay for return postage.
