Natasha is the founder and creative director of Honestly Healthy, a nationwide food-delivery service based on alkaline eating. The self-taught vegetarian gourmet chef launched the business from her kitchen and now runs an online magazine and cookery classes. She is the author of three bestselling cookbooks, with fans including Victoria Beckham and Lily Allen.
