The Queen’s entire daily menu is now available on Uber Eats

This is not a drill. We repeat. This is not a drill.

This is not a drill. We repeat. This is not a drill.

The Crown season three arrived on our Netflix queues on Sunday and to say that we were excited would be a huge understatement.

But it wasn’t the Netflix show that had everyone talking about the monarch this morning, instead it was the news that to celebrate season three, Uber Eats is launching a royal menu.

Yes. This is not a drill.

Uber Eats has teamed up with Royal Biographer Katie Nicholl and luxury restaurant The Baptist Grill at L’oscar hotel to get an insight into what the Queen eats in a day, and as of today, customers will be able to have the Queen’s daily menu delivered straight to their door. From cornflakes stored in Tupperware and delectable afternoon tea, to terrine of game and indulgent chocolate torte to satisfy her sweet tooth, this limited edition menu includes everything the Queen is said to eat in a day. But of course, much like the Queen - no snacks or coffee until after lunchtime.

‘Both a national treasure and one of the world’s most iconic figures, The Queen is loved by many, and it is therefore natural to be intrigued by what she eats in a day,’ Royal Biographer, Katie Nicholl, announced as part of the launch. ‘HRH typically starts with a simple cup of tea and biscuits, followed by a bowl of cereal famously served from Tupperware, marmalade on toast and a second cup of English Breakfast tea for breakfast.’

Katie continued: ‘She never snacks or drinks coffee or anything until lunchtime. This will then usually consist of a light starter such as a salad, a main course such as fish and vegetables, especially Scottish salmon, and no dessert.

‘Tea is one of The Queen’s favourite meals and she religiously takes a break in the late afternoon every day for this. She enjoys a cucumber sandwich with the crusts cut off, a slice of fruit cake and a pot of Earl Grey tea. For dinner, HRH will usually eat a starter followed by a main course, with her favourite dish being lamb in addition to game. For dessert she indulges with a chocolate torte, which is just enough to satisfy her sweet tooth.’

The Queen Eats Menu is available as a bundle for £115 or items can be purchased separately.
