Victoria Beckham gives a teaser of her upcoming New York Fashion Week show

The pop star-turned-designer has given fans a sneak peek of the NYFW show prep

Her show has become one of the most eagerly-anticipated on the New York Fashion Week schedule, and with proceedings kicking off today Victoria Beckham has given fans a teaser of what to expect.

Taking to her Twitter account, the pop star-turned-designer has posted several pictures from her showroom in NYC as she and her team begin their final prep before the unveiling of the autumn/winter 2013 collection on Sunday.

In one shot, several sewing machines are present alongside other fashion designer tools including tape measures, mannequins and ironing boards. In another, a scrumptious afternoon tea set is shown during a casting.

Victoria also gave a few hints as to the inspiration behind her latest collection, with some images she sent to fashion industry trade journal, WWD – think bright yellow road lines and a glittery silhouette of a child for her Victoria, Victoria Beckham line.
