  • Inside Victoria Beckham’s VERY stylish Manchester adventure...

Struggling with heavy bags on a train – we’ve all been there. But Victoria Beckham? Well, yes, actually.

The multi-millionaire designer ditched the private transport yesterday in favor of a Virgin train – albeit, an empty carriage in first class.

Heading to Manchester’s Selfridges department store to promote the launch of her new collection, Victoria kicked off the trip with a hilarious Twitter snap of herself on the platform surrounded by several bursting bags, captioning it: “Which way to Manchester Selfridges?”. Clearly not a light packer – a girl after our own heart…

But once on a 2 hour train, what is a girl to do? Update her 7.96 million twitter followers with an on-board selfie with personal hairdresser Ken Paves, that’s what…

Once at Selfridges, Victoria quickly changed into a undeniably gorgeous pleated black maxi skirt with glinting gold chain waistband teamed with a ribbed high-neck jumper, both from her own collection. Understated perfection, we love.

After signing hundreds of signatures and pleasing the hoards of in-store fans, Victoria tweeted a loving message to her hard-working team. Awwww…

But the hard work didn’t end there. Rather than jump on the midnight train home, the famed designer and her team jumped in a taxi – which Victoria very kindly filled up at the petrol station…

All in a days work, eh?
