New Sex and the City photos!

SJP and Mr Big pose around New York for SATC-themed photo shoot

We may have another two months until the film finally reaches our cinemas, but Sarah Jessica Parker is already firmly in Carrie mode, posing for Sex and the City-themed photos around New York all weekend.

Shot by photographer-to-the stars Annie Leibowitz, SJP and Chris Noth, aka Mr Big, have been snapped in Central Park, in a boat on the Hudson River, and on the steps of Lincoln Centre during the on-location shoot.

As to be expected, the fashion is as much the focus as the stars, with Parker donning a voluminous strapless gown, reminiscent of the many full-skirted prom dresses that Carrie favoured during the six series run of the TV show.

In the boat shots, she wears a slinky silver evening gown, more favoured to a red carpet event than a trip on the river.
