Mulberry has released pictures of its spring/summer 2013 campaign with a dreamy under-the-sea theme.
The images, shot by acclaimed photographer Tim Walker, show model Meghan Collison wearing key catwalk looks and bag silhouettes from the latest collection surrounded by a giant coral reef and glossy floating bubbles.
Taken during a shoot at Copped Hall on the outskirts of London last year, the ads feature a mix of classic English tailoring, coats and capes layered over dresses, and lots of leather, as well as the Willow, Cecily and Cecily Flower totes all in a palette of sugary sherbert shades, caramel, black and white.
CATWALK PICS: MULBERRY S/S 2013
Ronnie Cooke Newhouse, who directed the shoot, said: 'Mulberry campaigns always tell a fantastical story. The spring/summer 2013 campaign is located in a kind of lunar landscape below the sea in a world that almost exists but may be more of a beautiful dream.'
Tim Walker added: 'This season I wanted to focus on the girl as part of the landscape rather than a character within it. Meghan Collison was the perfect choice – strong, confident and able to hold your gaze but almost otherworldly, she inhabits a dreamscape.'
