We just had to introduce you to these staggeringly inspirational women that Pandora has chosen to be ambassadors for their new collection.
Remember mood rings? There’s a reason no-one’s worn them since 1997. Enter Pandora’s new collection that is all about jewellery to reflect your personality. Take the plain silver bracelet and the idea is to add to it with charms that represent particular emotions. You can pack it full of gems or go more pared down with a chic minimalist look: it’s up to you.
Pandora has chosen some amazingly dynamic and inspiring women to front the new collection. Here are a few women whose stories we loved...
First up is chart-topping Kinga Burza, a music video director who has worked with Calvin Harris and Marina & The Diamonds. Kinga won a Young Gun award at the UK Video Awards for Kate Nash's Foundations in 2007. Kinga also directed I Kissed A Girl for Katy Perry, don’t ya know.
Next is Cindy Joseph. Don’t know the name? You’ll recognise the face. Cindy is the one of the most successful 60-plus supermodels in the world. Cindy became a model at 49 after being spotted on a New York sidewalk and was cast in a Dolce & Gabbana ad on the spot. Before fronting campaigns for J.Crew, Cindy was a make-up artist for 25 years.
Lauren Cuthbertson is the Principal Ballerina for the Royal Ballet. Forget Black Swan, Lauren’s dramatic story is one of true grit and determination. What started with a sprained ankle almost two years ago developed into full blown ME leaving Lauren barely able to lift her head from a pillow. Lauren is currently debuting as Manon.
