Jessica Biel joined the likes of Zooey Deschanel and Hayden Panettiere at the ESPY Awards 2012 in Los Angeles

The ESPY Awards 2012 may have been celebrating the year's best sporting achievements, but it was the A-list celebrity presenters who stole the show as they hit the glitzy event last night.

Award presenter Jessica Biel led the style charge looking stunning in a simple white cocktail dress from Christian Dior's cruise 2013 collection, which she teamed with a pair of matching shoes with a touch of neon yellow on the heel by Nicholas Kirkwood for Roksanda Ilincic. A chic ponytail with a sexy side-swept fringe and natural make-up completed her look.

But Jessica wasn't the only Hollywood A-lister to attend the awards. Zooey Deschanel dazzled on the red carpet outside the event in a silver sequined dress by Oscar de la Renta, which she cinched in at the waist with a red belt and teamed with gold Sergio Rossi pumps and a sparkling clutch by Edie Parker.

Hayden Panettiere gave them both a run for their money in the style stakes, wearing a beaded strapless gown and a baby blue clutch as she walked the red carpet with American football star boyfriend Scotty McKnight, while actress Olivia Munn wore an understated lilac Armani gown and Maria Sharapova swapped her tennis whites for a blue pleated J. Mendel dress.
