EXCULSIVE! The British designer spoke to Marie Claire about what we can expect from his upcoming London show
London Fashion Week is almost upon us and while we steady ourselves for all the stylish excitement to come we got a sneak peek into what we can expect from House of Holland’s autumn/winter 2013 show.
LONDON FASHION WEEK: WHAT TO EXPECT
Designer Henry Holland told us the inspiration for the new line was ‘raving grandmas,’ yep, we like the sound of that already! But things get better, he’s taking a new direction with his location telling us: ‘We are showing at a car park in Soho. I am working on the soundtrack at the moment and am really excited about it.’
Unfortunately that’s all the designer was willing to give away, politely refusing to answer us when we asked how he’d like us to feel after the show adding: ‘I can never tell how people will react to a collection but I am really enjoying seeing all the pieces come together.’

Of course with Henry comes style as well as substance, having teamed up with eBay to launch a new charity collection inspired his label’s autumn/winter 2013 catwalk range.
All proceeds will be donated to Cancer Research UK, something that was very important to the designer who added: ‘The charity is very close to my heart - I am always keen to help them in any way I can.’
eBay’s collaboration with House of Holland will be available exclusively at eBay.co.uk from 7pm on Saturday 16 February for one week.
