The Italian brand's new Spring/Summer ad campaign has just been released, starring the Gossip Girl
The first pictures of Missoni's Spring/Summer 2011 ad campaign have just been released, starring the gorgeous Leighton Meester.

So while Blake Lively's been busy shooting the new Chanel campaign, her Gossip Girl co-star has become the face of the famous Italian brand.
The first shot released shows a smiling Leighton perched on a rocking horse in the middle of a toyshop, flashing her pins in a sheer-frill Missoni minidress.

However, it's far from a solo project - the campaign, entitled Missoni Family and Friends, also features just that.
The fun snaps also star Creative Director Angela Missoni and daughters Teresa and Margherita, as well as several other acquaintances and famous faces, including Jacquetta Wheeler, Jade Parfitt and Jasmine Guinness.
The colourful campaign, shot by photographer Juergen Teller, looks as though it could've come straight out of the Missoni family photo album - and was reportedly inspired by the cover of Sgt. Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band.
