Celine Dion just wore THAT iconic Titanic necklace

'But I thought the old lady dropped it into the ocean in the end?', asked Britney in her iconic Oops, I did it again video, and I can finally answer the question of what happened to that Titanic necklace. Celine Dion just went down and got it back for herself (soz B).

The singer has so far been killing it at Couture Fashion Week, with her array of extravagant outfits, one of which was neon and included no pants.

Then yesterday, she stepped out of her Paris hotel wearing the blue heart-shaped diamond necklace, which she teamed with an 'I Heart Paris Hilton' t-shirt from Vetements’s recent Spring 2020 collection, and I just can't think of a better pairing, can you?

If you remember correctly, the necklace was dubbed the 'Holy Heart of the Ocean' in the film, and is given to Kate Winslet's character, Rose, by her evil fiancé played by Billy Zane. It's then the only thing she wears when Leo Dicaprio's Jack draws her like one of his French girls.

It obviously has sentimental value for Celine as it's not the first time she wore it. She was photographed with it on the red carpet of the 1998 Oscars, where the film won an award, and so did the singer thanks to My Heart Will Go On.

Of course, we have Vetements to thank for this 90s homage, and are living in hope that her next look will be just as inspired.

Penny grew up in France and studied languages and law at the Sorbonne Nouvelle University in Paris before moving to the UK for her MA in multimedia journalism at Bournemouth University. She moved to the UK permanently and has never looked back (though she does go back regularly to stock up on cheese and wine).

Although she's always loved fashion - she used to create scrapbooks of her favourite trends and looks, including Sienna Miller and Kate Moss' boho phase - her first job was at MoneySavingExpert.com, sourcing the best deals for everything from restaurants to designer sales.

However she quit after two years to follow her true passion, fashion journalism, and after many years of internships and freelance stints at magazines including Red, Cosmopolitan, Stylist and Good Housekeeping, landed her dream job as the Digital Fashion Editor at Marie Claire UK.

Her favourite part of the job is discovering new brands and meeting designers, and travelling the world to attend events and fashion shows. Seeing her first Chanel runway IRL at Paris Fashion Week was a true pinch-me moment.
