PICS: Katy Perry plays dress up for hilarious SNL spoof

Ms Perry dressed as Florence Welch and Pippa Middleton as she took part in the American comedy show

Is that really you, Katy Perry? The songstress couldn't have looked further from herself as she played dress up as host of different celebrities for an appearance on US comedy hit, Saturday Night Live.

Following in the footsteps of Justin Timberlake, Elton John and Britney Spears, who have all hosted the famous show in the past, Ms Perry dressed as Florece Welch, Christina Aguilera andeven Pippa Middleton during filming.

In a spoof on Brit star Florence’s hit Dog Days Are Over, Katy dressed in flowing green gown and flame-haired wig to belt out her own version, The Dog Trail Is Over, during one hilarious skit.

Next up, the Teenage Dream singer mocked Pippa Middleton’s famous derriere during a sketch about the royal family, before impersonating Christina Aguilera in a spoof film trailer.
