Uma Thurman has finally revealed the name of her baby girl, three months after she was welcomed into the world. Her choice is in keeping with lots of other celebrity baby names meaning that it’s suitably unique and a tad bizarre.
Along with her beau, Arpad Busson, Uma chose five names as well as a double-barrelled surname for her child. The tot’s full name is: Rosalind Arusha Arkadina Altalune Florence Thurman-Busson.
A spokesperson for the star told People magazine: ‘I would like to announce Uma and Arki’s daughter’s name for the first time officially: Rosalind Arusha Arkadina Altalune Florence Thurman-Busson, better known to family and friends as Luna.'
We wouldn’t want to call that name out on a register, it’s a good thing Uma shortened it.
The origin of each of the names remains private with the spokesperson adding: ‘Each name has a special reason and meaning to her mother and father.’
Baby Luna was born in Rhinebek, New York, on 15 July.
