The So Macho singer has a ‘secret project’ with the supermodel

Cara Delevingne has often spoken about her ambitions as a musical performer, but her choice of mentor in the new field may come as a surprise. The 21 year-old supermodel has apparently enlisted the help of So Macho singer and former X Factor guest judge Sinitta to get her recording career off the ground.

‘It is a top secret project but it is true I’m helping her as a mentor,' Sinitta revealed to the Mail Online.

Skipping this year’s Glastonbury jolly with BFFs Daisy Lowe, Clara Paget and Mary Chateris, Cara instead spent last weekend "plotting her singing career" at Simon Cowell’s London offices.

We’re not sure exactly what tips Sinitta is offering to the supermodel (flick through the gallery above for some performance inspiration) but we’re imagining that the two may have had a good time swapping out-there costume ideas.

With Cara's other pop star pals including Rihanna, Taylor Swift and 'wifey' Rita Ora, we can’t help but wonder if this unlikely partnership is a hint to the kind of music she’s planning to produce?
