Even Robert Pattinson waxwork sparks fan frenzy, as Twilight-lovers descend on Madame Tussauds
Want to get up close and personal with Robert Pattinson? Well thanks to Madame Tussauds you can - well, sort of!
The London tourist haven has unveiled its first R-Patz waxwork this morning, which takes its place in the VIP hall alongside Johnny Depp and George Clooney.
Although the Twilight star himself was unable to pose for Tussauds' skilled craftsmen, they studied hours of footage and photos of the actor to get the look just right.

Liz Edwards, a spokesperson from Tussauds, commented: 'R-Patz is one of the hottest celebs on the planet. We are delighted to be able to give them the chance to cosy up with their idol here at Madame Tussauds and judging by the reactions of the first to meet him here this morning he is set to top our most-kissed list of celebrities very quickly!'
A group of ardent Twilight fans were invited to be the first to greet the figure this morning - and from the look of the pics, were pretty happy with the likeness.
