The new international trailer has just been released - an extended version which shows the on-screen lovers embarking upon a passionate affair.
While brief, the short clips depict Rob and Reese enjoying a romantic kiss, followed by a steamy embrace on the bed.
Rob stars in Water for Elephants as veterinary student Jacob, who leaves home following the death of his parents, and finds himself joining a travelling circus.
There he meets Marlena - played by Reese - who he quickly falls head over heels in love with, despite her being married to the fearsome circus ringleader.

The pair, who are currently filming Twilight Breaking Dawn in the Canadian city, were seen taking a break from their hectic schedule to enjoy some Tapas at a Spanish restaurant.
According to People, the couple were joined by co-star Kellan Lutz and Kristen's bodyguard for dinner, before splitting off for some alone time at their nearby hotel.
'Pattinson and Stewart were both decked out almost all in black, clearly trying to keep a low profile – but were in high spirits and being warmly affectionate with one another, swinging their hands back and forth and laughing,' reports the US magazine.
