It’s official; Robert Pattinson is selling the love nest he once shared with ex Twilight lover, Kristen Stewart.
The Dior heartthrob has listed his stunning Los Angeles property with an American estate agents, with an impress $6.75 million asking price, bringing the couple’s relationship to a final close as he moves on from the Spanish-style mansion.
Some have speculated that the property just holds too many bad memories for Rob, following Kristen’s affair with her Snow White And The Huntsman director, Rupert Sanders, in July 2012.
The private home, originally built in 1922, sits on the picturesque hills above Los Feliz. And it’s sure to be snapped up quickly, boasting 1.5 acres of land with three bedrooms, water features (romantic, no doubt), a lagoon pool and incredible city views.
After the split, and during the pair’s brief reconciliation, Kristen moved into a $2.2 million property in the same neighborhood, while Rob has since been renting a five-bedroom house in Beverly Hills.
However rocky their romance appeared to be in the end though, it seems the British actor struggled with the decision to sell up for some time.
But with the hard decision made, it looks like Rob is finally on the market for a new start.
