Robert Pattinson’s post break up retreat is now on the market with a $10 million (£6.2 million) price tag

Robert Pattinson escaped media mayhem in the wake of Kristen Stewart's affair by staying at Reese Witherspoon’s Ojai ranch. But as the Twilight lovebirds reportedly reunite and they put the cheating saga behind them, the property where the Brit nursed his broken heart is also soon to be a distant memory.

Reese has confirmed plans to sell the property named Libbey Ranch that comes complete with a celebrity-friendly price tag of $10 million (£6.2 million).

While the home has some very happy memories – Reese and her husband Jim Toth married there last year, it was more recently a temporary retreat for her ‘Water for Elephants’ co-star as he laid low after Kristen admitted to cheating on him.

No doubt the seven acres of land shared with an array of animals including donkeys, pigs, goats, chickens and dogs helped keep the actor entertained, as did the swimming pool. But the biggest draw had to be the privacy factor.

Billy Rose, who is selling the property via the real estate firm The Agency said: ‘One of the things Reese liked about it, it was just a normal life there.’

He added: ‘People don't hold you in this high celebrity regard, people aren't trying to photograph you all the time. It's a small town and you're part of the community.’

The four-bedroom home that boasts a barn, horse paddock plus guest cottages providing another five bedrooms is now up for the taking (to the super rich of course).

We wonder if Robert Pattinson will be tempted to put in an offer? He reportedly sold the LA pad he shared with Kristen so he may well be on the hunt for a new love nest...
