Prince William and Kate Middleton's cinema date night revealed!

Prince William and Kate Middleton surprised onlookers by arriving at Kensington cinema to watch the Avengers!

He may be the future King of England, but Prince William treated his lucky wife Kate Middleton to a cheap and cheerful date night on Thursday last week – a trip to the cinema.

The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge were spied visiting the Odeon Cinema in Kensington on their purse-pleasing night out, to see an evening showing of hit action move The Avengers.

Onlookers reveal William and Kate were almost unrecognisable as as they took their place in the queue with everyone else to buy tickets for the movie, with William incognito in a navy baseball cap and Kate in jeans, black heels and a short black coat.

One eagle-eyed cinema-goer, @rizzlerahmz spotted the royal pair straight away, and managed to snap a sneaky pic of the pair before the screening started.

Word soon spread, when an even luckier visitor, Hessa Almana, bagged seats next to William and Kate, and swiftly took to Twitter to share her excitement.

'OMG watching the Avengers with Kate Middleton and Prince william sitting right next to me!!!!!' she gushed. 'SLAP ME NOW I CANT BELIEVE IT!!!!'

After being bombarded with Tweets from royal watchers, she added: 'In case you all wondering which part Prince Will liked the most, it was whn the hulk punched Loki and tossed him around. He laughed hard.'

After enjoying the film on their bargain date night, onlookers revealed William and Kate snuck out of the cinema and straight into a waiting silver Range Rover, waiting to take them home.

(Almost) just like a everybody else, then.
