If your dream job is to work for the Royal family, then listen up. You may have missed the boat last time the Queen was hiring, but another exciting opportunity has cropped up – this time working for Princes William and Harry, and the Duchess of Cambridge.

Kensington Palace is hiring a full-time senior communications officer to help support the work of the three Royals, with a particular focus on The Royal Foundation.

According to LinkedIn (because of course the job is on LinkedIn), the role is to: 'manage the daily news flow to the media, ensuring items are accurately and positively reported and received by audiences via traditional, digital and social media.'

Based at Kensington Palace itself, the successful candidate will also 'play a key role in the development and implementation of the communications strategy for The Royal Foundation and producing and delivering creative communications campaigns.'

And the required experience? Not just being a Royal family superfan, unfortunately.

You need to have extensive experience in marketing, media or PR and a relevant degree (or similar qualification. Ideally, the person will have worked for a charity.

Who knows whether the role would involve actually working with the Royals themselves, but just imagine if you got to meet Prince George and Princess Charlotte?

You'll have to fight us for it...
