Orlando Bloom played the protective father as he took his son Flynn out for food

Orlando Bloom’s hectic schedule doesn’t always allow for many of days out with his young son, Flynn. But while his wife Miranda Kerr flew to Australia for yet another work commitment, Orlando seized the opportunity for some father/son bonding.

The actor was seen leaving the Son of a Gun eatery in Hollywood with baby Flynn in his arms. As the prying paparazzi took endless shots, Orlando placed a protective hand over his son’s head.

The duo hit the restaurant where deli-style sandwiches were on offer serving everything from lobster to chips.

As the son of a model, it’s no surprise that Flynn was dressed to perfection as he clutched his bottle.

The same unfortunately can’t be said for his dad. Orlando suffered a slight wardrobe malfunction as his low-slung trousers hung a little too low and exposed more underwear than he'd want to.

Orlando Bloom and Miranda Kerr had been hit by split rumours, something the Victoria’s Secret model denied, recently telling People magazine: ‘We are really enjoying our time with Flynn at the moment. He’s such a ball of love and he’s so wonderful.

‘And we are both so busy that I think it’s nice to have that time together and not rush any other babies for now.'
