We need to talk about the time Jamie Dornan posed nude for Abercrombie & Fitch

Before he was Christian Grey in Fifty Shades of Grey, Jamie Dornan was naked. We’re talking completely birthday-suited in a painted convertible for an Abercrombie & Fitch ad; Actress Malin Akerman shared the pic on Instagram in February 2015.

On Late Night with Seth Meyers on Friday, she recalled posing nude with the British superstar in the 15-year-old ad. Meyers found the throwback pic of Jamie Dornan hilarious.

'There’s a good story to this, other than the fact that this was taken right after cops pulled you over and said, "You guys have got to put some clothes on,"' he joked, adding, 'you guys were selling clothes, right?'

'I don’t really know what we were selling,' Akerman responded. 'We got to set and after two shots, the clothes came off. [The photographer] didn’t want any clothes on us.'

The bizarre ad featured Akerman topless, standing behind a naked Dornan and another nude male model in a convertible painted with impressionist flowers.

Why Abercrombie & Fitch felt that advertising their clothes with naked models in a car is beyond us. But, point is, a young Dornan with a head full of floppy hair was pretty dang hot.

The mischievous look in his eye in all of these pics leads us to believe he was preparing for his role in Fifty Shades even back then.
