Is this the beginning of a beautiful bromance? Macaulay and Ryan wear their mutual love for each other on their tees.

Macaulay Culkin may be a rich and famous actor - but even he isn't immune to the overwhelming charms of the captivating Ryan Gosling.

Yes, it seems that, much like women everywhere, Macaulay may have a bit of a thing for the Baby Goose. And to show his affection he wore a T-shirt with a picture of Ryan Gosling wearing a T-shirt with a picture of Macaulay Culkin.

Confused? Let's back up.

In March 2013, hunky Ryan was snapped out and about rocking black skinny jeans, Wayfarer sunnies and a white tee printed with a photograph of a young Macaulay Culkin. Clearly the Home Alone star appreciated the gesture because he had his own T-shirt printed up, using the paparazzi pic of Ryan.

On Sunday night, Macaulay posted a snap of himself wearing the new T-shirt (and the same sunglasses as Ryan) to his Twitter account. We love the gesture - though we're a bit confused as to why it took him more than a year to respond.

Now the big question remains: Will Ryan wear a T-shirt with a picture of Macaulay wearing a T-shirt with a picture of Ryan wearing a T-shirt with a picture of Macaulay?
