Kylie Jenner is selling her Calabasas mansion for $3.9 million.
After just over a year in residence and a whole load of stylish renovations, Kylie Jenner is selling her Calabasas mansion for $3.9 million.
The reality TV star and beauty entrepreneur only bought the place last year, but is reported to have her sights set on an even bigger, $6 million property in the area. Just shows how storming the sales of those lip kits have been, doesn’t it?
18 year-old Kylie paid $2.7 million for the house when she bought it last year, meaning that the savvy businesswoman has made a huge $1.2 million profit in that time.
She delivered a complete home makeover in her first few months there, converting the 4,851 square-foot Tuscan-style property to feature a gourmet kitchen, a spa, a cinema and two walk in wardrobes (one just for shoes). Remind us why she’s selling again?
The five bedroom home also boasts seven bathrooms, a pool, a spa and a courtyard. ‘It’s a total showplace,’ Kylie’s real estate agent Tomer Fridman told US Weekly. ‘The house has been extensively redone from the backyard through the interiors.’
Our favourite room, we think, has got to be the all-monochrome kitchen, which comes complete with glossy quartz countertops. The Kardashians love a good monochrome room, don’t they? We wonder if Kylie took her design inspo from Kris Jenner’s famous checkerboard hallway?
