The cover shoot features the parents-to-be posing suggestively, with a seemingly naked Kim looking like she's in the throes of passion with her rapper beau Kanye, who has his bare back to the camera.

The racy image, which was leaked onto the web yesterday just two days after sources told Us Weekly that they will be expecting a girl this July, is the pair’s first joint magazine shoot since they began dating early last year.
